Wensum Inventories are more than an just inventory clerks we have experience working in various roles within the rental market. Creating inventories, see out reports and carrying out inspections for a host of agents across Norfolk and Suffolk. Working previously as a letting’s agent and then working within the inventory sector, we understand the demands and expectations of agents, landlords and tenants from all sides.

All reports are completed at the property and then quality controlled to ensure nothing is missed. Depending on availability, all reports will be completed within 24 hours.
